Prior to your appointment, please ask yourself:

1. Do you have a fever and/or new onset of cough, cold or difficulty breathing?

2. Have you traveled out of the Canada within the last 14 days?

3. Have you had any close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 recently?

If you answered positively please contact the office.

What to Expect In the Office:

Please attend your appointment alone, we will not allow unscheduled visitors into the building.

The water cooler will not be available to our patients. Please bring your own water bottle for your personal consumption.
